National Trust for Historic Preservation
Publisher of Preservation Magazine and national organization devoted to preserving our historic heritage. Established by legislative act in 1949 and administrator of a number of national historic sites throughout the country.
Created in 1967 by the State Legislature to manage education, stewardship and financial investment programs geared toward historic preservation in New Jersey. The Trust funds a variety of preservation projects throughout the state.

New Jersey Historic Preservation Office

Founded in 1978, Preservation New Jersey is the only statewide private membership-supported historic preservation organization in New Jersey. Publishes an annual listing of the 10 most endangered sites in New Jersey.
